Association Of University Presses Rebrand
The Association of University Presses is a community of publishing institutions and professionals committed to the highest caliber of research-based scholarship.
Studiolo Secondari was retained to Creative Direct the rebranding of the visual identity program for the Association following their renaming, ensuring alignment with attributes as defined by the brand strategy developed by Bernuth and Williamson.
Through an RFP process, New York based design firm Paper Plus Rocket were hired to develop the brand in collaboration with Studiolo Secondari. The resulting identity is forward looking and energetic, capturing the aspirational aspects of the Associations mission. The resulting visual identity reflects the brand strategy, speaks to the association’s mission, and positively portrays the association to its constituents and audiences.

Oxford English Dictionaries Brand
Examples of OED brand concepts resulting from internal investigation by the OUP design team and lead by Linda. Representatives of all key areas including marketing, sales, editorial, design, and branding were involved in a multi-part ideation exercise which took place over several days in diverse locations. Challenges included identifying and defining cultural variances with regard to the Oxford University Press brand, as well as reimagining the role of the dictionary in a web 2.0 environment.
